Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel features beautiful views and a spacious room that was comfortable overall. The service I received was incredible, especially from the club manager, who made a real effort to ensure my experience was enjoyable. However, there were some issues with the dining experience being a bit too rushed due to the crowds, and the room could have been a bit more luxurious for the price paid.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the facilities were decent and the pool area was enjoyable, I found the pricing for additional services to be quite steep. The location was a bit inconvenient, but the dining options were rather underwhelming. Overall, it didn't quite live up to my expectations as a resort experience.
I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. The lounge was beautifully renovated and offered great food and activities, making it impressive for relaxation. However, the room fell short of expectations, being dated and not reflective of the luxurious vibe. Additionally, the service was inconsistent, and while some staff were lovely, others seemed overwhelmed during peak times. Overall, while there were highlights, the downsides left me feeling that this hotel could improve significantly to truly represent a premium experience.
We had a fantastic getaway to the Intercontinental ANA Manza Beach Resort, where the service truly stood out with personal touches that made our stay unforgettable. The location provided breathtaking views and easy access to the ocean, and we loved the beach's clear waters for snorkeling. However, the air conditioning situation was a bit disappointing, as the lobby and hallways were uncomfortably hot during our stay.
I had a lovely stay at this resort, which is perfect for families with little ones. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, showing appreciation for our membership from the moment we arrived. Although the rooms felt a bit dated, they were spacious and kept clean. The dining experience was enjoyable with a wide selection at breakfast. It's worth noting that the breakfast area can get quite crowded, especially with a large number of guests. Despite these minor hiccups, I would stay here again in a heartbeat, especially for the stunning ocean views from our room.
